The launch will be at 10.15 – 13.15 on Monday 14 October 2013 at the  Sir Denis Rooke Building, Loughborough University Science & Enterprise Park, Leicestershire, (LE11 3QF sat nav).

The Regional Growth Fund (RGF) is a £3.2 billion fund designed to help companies in England to grow. So far £2.6 billion of funding has been allocated to support a variety of projects and programmes over the course of four separate funding rounds.  These projects and programmes have committed to deliver 550,000 jobs and leverage £14.7 billion of private sector investment.

Round 5 will open on 11 October 2013 and close on 9 December 2013.   Funds will be available to bidders from the private sector seeking £1 million or more for high quality projects and programmes that leverage private sector investment and create sustainable jobs.

You are invited to attend a launch event on Round 5 of the Regional Growth Fund on Monday 14 October at Loughborough University.   The event will feature a presentation on how to make a successful bid, offer you the opportunity to pose questions to our speakers and will include a networking lunch.   

There will also be the chance to discuss your bid as part of an expression of interest meeting with a bid appraisal specialist from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. This will allow you to receive advice on your application and get further information about the Fund.
